Lisa I read The Lady and the Unicorn before visiting Paris a few years ago, so of course I went to the Musee de Cluny to see the tapestries. Unfortunately they had been sent away to a special exhibition elsewhere, Japan I think.

I will have to try again some time, I'm in the UK so at least it's not too far to travel. It will give me an excuse to re-read the book as well, which I loved.

Janet Actually the unicorn is an allegory for Christ. There is very little secular themed, mideval art.
