Jacqueleen the Reading Queen♡ Well that's a ridiculous reason not to continue a series. Skipping it wasn't enough, they were so homophobic they couldn't continue reading it the others? what a shame as your writing is fabulous ! They are missing out!

Ximena Parodi Couldn't agree more!! A person should be striving to be the best human being they can be, but instead they only aspire to mimic those who've already been swallowed by this hateful melee (excuse my Dr Seuss)...lol..
Still, one cant argue that there are those who's minds are so tightly closed, that not even the force of splitting an atom could pry their doors opens.
So, 4 those of u ive just described, try for a second (though it may hurt), not 2 focus on the controversy of MM couples, but instead think about how it effects the usual "soul mates meet, soul mates deny, & finally, soul mates give in" format that basically all PRN series follow ....
How, u ask? Well, changing up the MF dynamics allows the author to create obstacles that no other MC, from previous books, have been challenged with.
And who doesn't like to come across a hurdle that no other couple in a series has had to jump... Can i get a "hell yeah!" for writing outside the box ( Shout out to Tina Folsom!)
Still, im not warped enuf to believe that my opinion on the matter is unequivocally correct. Cuz, lets face it..even Einstein needed a little more than his opinions in order to prove a theory correct. Right?
So, i guess if a fantastic author like Tina Folsom cant pursue some folk to try a few sprinkles on their vanilla, then there is definitely nothing i can say 2 sway them.
All im saying is "Mmmm, luv me some sprinkles!"

Mindy Thomas and Eddie's book was my first MM read, and I admit that I was a little skeptical at first. However, after reading it, it quickly became one of my favorites of the series. It may be a MM novel, but it had just as much heart and soul in it as any of the MF novels in the series. It is second only to Zane's novel. I have a thing for the broken bad boys. :)

MommaBear You're better off without narrow-minded, bigoted readers anyway. Congrats on clearing them out. Those who chose to skip that particular book yet continue with the series are perfectly fine making that choice; it's just a shame they won't try something different or new. I started reading M/M because of a scene in a PNR novel, and besides some flaws (where EVERYONE is gay for example), some M/M books are hotter than M/F, IMO. 2 guys!

Tegan Neville It was my first MM read too and I admit to considering skipping it, just because I didn't think it was something I would enjoy, but I loved the characters and wanted to see where it led them, so I gave it a go.... I actually ended up loving it! It was written so well, I loved the romance and character stories and was still able to get into the romance and sexy times part due to the way it was written!
It is a shame that you have received that reaction. I love the series!
