Jamie Frank I think the article you posted the other day from Ben Greenfield Fitness would be a great resource- http://buff.ly/1jVyEY5. If food is fuel, why use an inferior source?

Shrikanth Koppal Thanks Tim and Jamie. I thought I will until the weekend so that I could share some results too. So here it is - End of 2nd week and body weight has dropped from 179 to 169.5 pounds. Too bad I didn't measure the body fat percentage reduction. I will get one to measure it today.
The slow-carb diet doesn't appear like a regime that you have to force on yourself...you kind of want to keep moving with it.
BTW today is cheat day...although I don't feel like cheating that much.
