Nicole Manuel I totally agree with Sandy - this book NEEDS to be made into a movie!

Lori I agree with Sandy! I just finished this beautiful book and I absolutely loved how you portrayed Eddie and the family dynamics that happen when autism is involved. My son is 13 and has non-verbal autism. I really didn't read anything about this book ahead of time; all I knew was it involved WWII and I heard it was really good. I was so excited as soon as Eddie was introduced! Thank you so much for this book.

Kathy Moragne I, too, know Eddie - he is my nephew and his mom is a miracle worker! Eddie can read, which my nephew can't but there are so many similarities in behaviors and attempted solutions. Thank you for this wonderful story!
