Daniel John It seems as the indie revolution has grown, boundary lines between sub-genres have blurred over time.

Do you think you'll be writing another Supernatural Thriller/Horror in the future? :)

Thanks, Joe!

Joe Hart I completely agree, Daniel, the sub genres have intermingled and one that's evolved from several others is urban fantasy which also encompasses a wide range of topics. I'm sure I'll be writing more supernatural stories along with horror, I've got several of them rolling around in the imagination now. It's just a matter of finishing a few planned projects.

Daniel John Urban fantasy is a huge example of that, I couldn't agree anymore with you!

That's the problem with being a creative author, ideas come and go as they please, and a lot of the times they strike without any warning lol.

I have to admit, Joe, your productivity is very solid and consistent. Do you shoot for a daily word count, or just simply write until you feel you're finished? In one genre i'm writing in, I aim for 2-3k a day during weekdays, and do lighter tasks on the weekend.

Joe Hart Definitely!

Thanks Daniel! I try to do 2K words each weekday and then at least 1K on the weekends if I'm dealing with a deadline. Sounds like you have a similar routine. That's the most important thing I've learned- consistency and diligence will always serve you well in writing.
