The purpose of this book group is to expand our horizons and read books that we may not normally be drawn to in order to better understand the world around us. No one is obligated to participate. [close] A place to discuss all the unique aspects of Deaf culture as highlighted in the thriller Silent Fear (A novel inspired by true crimes) by Lance & James Morcan. This group can also be an intersection of sorts where Deaf and hearing people can engage and learn from each other.

[close] This a group for the discussion and planning of our local book club. Books will be announced two months in advance to give people time to attain and read the book. We will then meet at a local venue to discuss and share thoughts. We will likely read on a variety of subjects over time, spanning from science, activism, civil law and rights, secularism, and many more.
