this is relatable

"Darkness"

Darkness,
It's that feeling you get when everything seems hopeless
When you feel like your world is falling apart
It eats at you from the inside
ripping apart any sign of hope.

Darkness,
It's when all that's left is broken
Darkness defeating the light,
leaving your demons to eat at you in spite
Your dreams and hopes crushed before ever taking flight.

Darkness,
It's when your all alone
Yelling in the dark for a hand to hold
But it never shows
And your left in the mess that's become your new home.

Darkness,
It's when the world is all gray,
and there seems to be no other way to get rid of the pain
Then to go to a deep sleep,
and watch the world fade away...

Here is a poem i wrote about Verity:


Maddness, it's driven her insane
Looking from side to side
Trying to clear the plane

Jealousy,
it's taken over her brain
Corrupting every action
Forming plans with lack of compassion

But the traits are never astray
They have the same goal,
and end the same way

She eliminates every victim,
trying to level the system
Throwing their bodies in a bin,
Making sure she always wins

Then one day she see's a figure roaming the halls
Letting their paths intertwine
Thinking in her mind:
"Watch out Lowen
Should've never taken what was mine"

She goes back to her room pretending that she didn't witness anything, hoping things could return back to normal.
