This month was definitely I will break you by Gigi Styx. Xero had me so mad I was trying to figure out how to kill a ghost 😂. It broke my heart when it came to Amethyst being gaslighted so bad by people who were supposed to love her. I was rooting for them to fall in love after I got over trying to figure out how to kill the MMC. I was convinced at one point we could make it a group effort 😂 🤦🏾‍♀️ I totally lost my mind reading this book. It’s so unhinged and please read the trigger warnings before diving in. It’s 2 pages worth and most of them I didn’t realize was even a thing.

I haven’t read many small town books but I’m definitely going to check out the books y’all recommend. Mountain Boss by S. J. Tilly is a small town romance. I really loved it. He was possessive which is my jam. I really love that the FMC is a curvy girl. Oh and they are older than 25 😂

I’m just a woman who loves to read romance, fantasy and dark romance books. I also need someone to talk with about the books I’ve read. My go to drink is mascoto wine or a peach margarita! I’m super happy if I get an hour uninterrupted to read. A random fact is I have an associate’s degree in cybersecurity and network administration. Lately dark romances have been what I have chosen to read. I love having fun discussions about the books I’ve read and the ones on my TBR.

“Until You” by Catharina Maura was the book that occupied my mind this week. I love romance. The lines where the MMC claims the FMC declaring her as his and off limits to anyone else.
