Thank you everyone for celebrating John's idea of a year long with Austen!!

I did read that Lindenblatt. It is very popular for tourist.
It is nice to see that there are parts that allow the turtles and seals to live.

Anisha it is rather amazing list!

Different types of things involving Austen. I like the Puzzle idea. I might have to see if I can find one.

Im on Part Two and just finished chapter 17.
It is mostly about Adam and Cathy. Cathy is a horrible person and mother. I cannot believe the steps she has taken. Wonder how this will or will not change Adam.

The ancient Greek poet Homer mentioned Zakynthos in the Iliad and the Odyssey.

Zakynthos is about 40 kilometres (25 miles) long and 20 kilometres (12 miles) wide, and covers an area of 405.55 km (about 100,000 acres).
