I like mixing and matching books in terms of length and genre but I am now finding that I have a lot of 600 plus word books on my beside table. The reason being that I find I am more consumed with making the number 50 and so pass over the bigger tomes for fear I will get bogged down.
So this year its big book year, I have identified at least 5 of those epic novels and I will read them and not focus on 50 like I did last year. Still it was great to make it :)
