Giving a certain type of flower can have a specific meaning; different colors of tulips also often carry their own significance.

Yellow tulips: are often associated with happiness, cheerfulness and hope: Read a book with a happy, cheerful character
White tulips : usually mean "I'm sorry" or given as a token of "my condolences" :Read a book in which a character attends a funeral
Pink tulips : Usually mean "congratulations", "good luck", or "well wishes"
Read a book in which a character is extremely lucky

Every year on the 17 of March even though the grass is no longer green, everything else starts turning that color. So we decided we should all just go with the flow and not try to fight it like the Irish, you know, cause they're the fighting Irish. lol So remember, on St. Patrick's Day we're all a little Irish at heart so go ahead this month and go a little green.
So, for this challenge everything green is a go like, green eyes, jealousy (green eyed monster), envy (green with envy), covers, dresses, money, Green Day (read a book with music), Green thumb (planting flowers, a garden, etc), Going Green (a book where a company or person in it goes "green"), turning green (character get stomach ache, nausea, etc) etc.
Option 1= Read books that have green covers, have green in the title, or have something green on them.
Option 2 = Read books that deal with green issues (envy, jealousy, being sick, money, gardening, etc)
Option 3= Do a spell it out of something to do with St. Patrick's Day or Leprechauns (green beer, leprechauns, four leaf clovers, kisses, luck, wishes, shoes, green

This challenge is in honor of St. Patrick's Day taking place on March 17th. ◄ March was named for Mars, the Roman god of war. Read a book set in space, a book about war, or a book with a red cover.

◄ March 14th is Pi Day, a day that celebrates Pi, the number that never ends. It’s often abbreviated to 3.14. This year is ultimate Pi Day because the first 5 numbers of Pi are 3.1415 which corresponds to this date. It’s also Albert Einstein’s birthday. Read a book with an average rating of 3.14 or higher, a book that was published in March of 2014 or a book featuring a mathematician or bakery.
◄ March 17th is Saint Patrick’s Day. Read a book written by an author named Patrick (first or last name) or with Patrick as the main character (Pat is acceptable). Alternatively, read a book where the main cover color is green or has alcohol on it.
◄ March 20th is the first day of Spring in the United States. Spring represents ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth. Read a book where the main character undergoes a transformation of some kind or gives birth to something (a person, a new idea, a business).
◄ March 29th is National Smoke and Mirrors Day. Read a book where something isn’t as it seems or where the main character is hiding something.
