I finally finished a book that has been a thorn in my side for years. I kept stopping as I just couldn't get into it and somehow I feel that whilst it had some interesting points it was very meh!

So I spoiled myself with a new author but it is a must for those who like fantasy. It is his first book but he has been a professional audible reader for years and as a result it is a home run!! An Orc trying to find her own path away from adventuring and picking up an assortment of misfits along the way. I would highly recommend it! It is more self discovery, pastries and friendship than romance!

Judy i tend to work to the nearest character POV change or *** break rather than the chapters otherwise yep I would be in the same boat. I get frustrated sitting mid chapter on some books as I can end up rereading the same few pages forgetting I already read them. :P

How is the prequel. I wasn't sure if i should start there or if they are read in any order sorts of books (overall changes but separate characters.)
