Holmer Family Storytime, is a treasury of children stories from four generations of my family. Finding My Family, is a book on genealogy. It can be divided into three sections. The first is an introduction to genealogy for beginners to help them from becoming overwhelmed or discouraged. The second is trouble-shooting for intermediate researchers to help them with some fresh new ideas for their research. The third is how-to publish your research using my own family and research as examples.
Eat Yourself Thin, is a cookbook based on my original low calorie recipes that helped me lose over 30 pounds!

My favorite writers are non-fiction or writers who research for biographical fiction, like Anne Rice. Her book, Cry to Heaven, has been my all-time favorite book since early 1990s. I am also influenced by Walt Whitman, especially in my poetry.

My name is David Holmer (Goodreads Author) and I am from Wellston, Michigan. I have three published books so far. My passion is in poetry and writing non-fiction. And, I look forward to meeting everyone!
