78551 "Can I buy it in Joe's book street on main street?" -- Bill Ries-Knight

There are no hard cover versions. I assume that it's possible to purchase a hardcover version from Amazon, which allows some e-books to be printed through a service.
78551 "What was your inspiration for the book?" - Lawritz Mann

There were so many it's hard to pick a single one. The dystopia in New York City certainly contributed. There were numerous life changing events and historical traumas in my life that were inspirational. Some were experimental exercises to push my own boundaries and ended up being good enough to publish.

You'll have to be more specific about a particular story or poem to gain a more detailed inspiration.
78551 "Who is the child on the cover?"

That's my youngest son Jackson, who was having a particularly bad day at the playground on 37th and 1st Ave. in NYC. He was inconsolable and so I took the opportunity to take some candid shots. He wasn't sleeping so much as completely resigned. A nihilist at the age of 3.

If you want to know which character that is, well, that's a different question.
