Shelves: arc, suspense, dark-read, survival

It felt like I held my breath for the entire book. Ok, slight exaggeration…but believe me this book made me hitch my breath on several occasions. At times I had to stop and inhale deeply before I continued.

If you’re familiar with Lili St Germain’s writing, it will be no surprise this book is not for the faint of heart. Twisted AF!!

This book was all kinds of dark and twisted, but sometimes I want dark and twisted and so this was exactly what my warped little mind was looking for! I felt so sorry for Cassie and all the horrible things that happened to her after the accident and I felt bad for Leo after realizing the depths Damon went through to get what he wanted but I loved how Cassie took back control over her life in the end except for the Gracie situation, that made me a little mad because of how much it hur ...more
