I couldn't wait for the release of Mine. I loved Real where Remy and Brooke's story is fresh and unique. There were parts of Mine that I loved and parts that I didn't. I did not like Mine as much as Real. I think the uniqueness of Real set it apart from others. Mine gets redundent in certain parts. It seems a little drug out in places where I think the plot could have been developed a bit more. However, I love that their love is consuming and I love how they need each other. I love that they are I couldn't wait for the release of Mine. I loved Real where Remy and Brooke's story is fresh and unique. There were parts of Mine that I loved and parts that I didn't. I did not like Mine as much as Real. I think the uniqueness of Real set it apart from others. Mine gets redundent in certain parts. It seems a little drug out in places where I think the plot could have been developed a bit more. However, I love that their love is consuming and I love how they need each other. I love that they are who they are and make no excuses for it. They are quite animalistic, obviously, through Brooke's descriptions. Some of the things they do I find strange, but it also strangely suits them. Although some of the petting, licking, scenting was repeated so many times. Her lion references were constant. Throughout the entire story though, Remy and Brooke find the other half of their souls in each other. Remy is one of the strongest male characters. He keeps fighting, every single day, to live. He is often crippled by his mental disease but he lives with it and does what he needs to do to live. His will power and fight are astounding. Remy's feelings for Brooke never waiver, I love that about him. He makes no excuses for how he feels; all he wants in return is acceptance. When Remy tells Brooke that he loves her, I believe him, from the pit of my heart I believe it. He needs her, wants her, loves her and he melts my heart. Brooke drove me crazy in the first 20-25% of the book. Her self-pity and guilt was a bit much for me, I just wanted her to get over it. However, after the inital annoyance she totally redeemed herself, in my opinion. I thought she showed significant growth. All of her feelings of inadequacy through the middle of the book were totally founded. She was dealing with a lot. Her need for Remy was not being met and she was worried about him. Brooke's acceptance of Remy and her will power to fight for him and beside him made me forget about how she drove me crazy in the beginning. I loved the way their story ended. I felt closure on their story and know they are exactly where they are supposed to be in their lives. It was satisfying. The secondary characters were awesome here again. I love Pete and Riley, Diane and Coach, Melanie, even Nora (though I wanted to strangle her). Mine wraps up the story of Brooke and her blue-eyed fighter beautifully. ...more

5 amazing, wonderful, well-earned stars. Though believe me, if I could, I would rate it 10, you have to read this now, amazing wonderful, well-earned stars. Yes, it’s that good. Though I may be a bit bias, as I love, love, love (did I mentioned love) Remington “Riptide” Tate.

I have no words. No words that can fully describe how good this book is. How it pulls you in and never lets you go. Never! And really, why would you want too?

Good bood lots of steamy scenes but the plot was not as strong as the first book. Still love Remy though!

This book was AMAZING!! I absolutely love Remy and Brooke to pieces!! I won't say much because I don't want to spoil anything for anyone, but I though this wrapped up Brooke's side of the story really well.
