Loved this book! I have always had a fascination with the Lipizzanner stallions and really knew nothing of their history. This book gave me a peak in to their history and the love their caretakers and trainers had for the horses.
I was also fascinated by the Germans desire to develop the perfect war horse, especially because this was the first war that really used mechanized vehicles.
