Astrid writes such good romances, and the holiday ones are simply perfect! such comfort reads! had me smiling and laughing throughout (except for a few more emotional scenes). There is always a surprise in her stories, a moment when something unexpected happens, here it was the mystery of a missing heirloom, and this gives the story that edge that perfects it.
