3.5 stars I enjoyed the emotion of this story even if the best friends father bit is a little squicky. It's handled well in this story and made clear that both men barely knew each other when Tyler was growing up. It is only an 11 year age gap between the two of them so it's not terrible. But they clearly are in love with each other and the emotions between them felt real. I appreciated that everyone's reactions when they found out were visceral and not all accepting.
