This story turned out to be lovely. For the first third or so, I wasn't sure what the story is supposed to be about, but i kept reading because of the good writing and likable characters, and i'm glad i did because after that it got better and better. I was expecting a romance, which it isn't really, though there are romantic elements throughout, and eventually there is a budding romance too. But most of all it's about Jamie. And he's sweet and charming and vulnerable. I also enjoyed the humo ...more
