I'm uncomfortable with this sociopath being a sociopath even before he was a victim of pedophiles, that he wasn't created by that.
Starts off with a lot of telling. Pages of it--the entire prologue and a good chunk of chapter one--before any action at all.
I dislike the word sex being used for genitals.
Sonny keeps giggling.
OMG, I have a friend who used to laugh like Woody Woodpecker!
