Not a bad little story, overall, for someone who wants a sweet romance with some fantasy trappings, but it didn't really blow me away. On the romance front, the attraction for Miner -- well, for both of them, but for Miner to a greater degree -- seems to be based way too much on the fact that they've finally found someone who will treat them with kindness despite their culture's aggressive homophobia. Shelves: lgbt, a-good-book

Im in love with Kim Feilding's writing. I loved her book 'Brute' and so decided to read this book which looked equally as good and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I quickly got lost into the mind of Ennek and his desire for Miner which turns to love.

I cant wait to read the next one ...more
