What Members Thought
I wanted this book to be something that it never became. I thought it would be about everyday people foraging for subsistence style food - something that interests me in my current environment. It also wasn't a guide of how to pick mushrooms safely or find local fungus (perhaps this topic has been overdone and isn't needed). Although the author tried to integrate mushroom history occasionally, it just came off as an annoying synopsis instead of part of the story. I was also bothered that no refe
