the book was good as it is a classic but i think it is a bit over-rated...i didn't find anything very special about this book that could have moved me... it was all about journeying from one place to another in order to destroy the ring...frodo had more friends than foes i think, which helped him, men and hobbits and dwarves and elves all to accompany him to his full of perils journey..

I really enjoyed this book. I was scared that it would be way over my head, and that I wouldn't enjoy it. But, gladly, the total opposite happened. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys epic adventures, friendship & loyalty.
