This was my first Kendall Ryan book, and I've come to 2 conclusions. 1) She is a mad talented author who writes an epic story 2) She is a slightly sadistic author who is trying to kill her readers with the ending of this one.

When I heard the concept for this one, I was beyond intrigued. It reminded me a bit of Ella James's Selling Scarlet, but the similarities really ended after the basic idea. When I started reading, I was essentially addicted. The story got stronger with each chapter and I lo ...more

Interesting start to a trilogy. I will definitely continue since it sort of left off in mid thought. I have a love hate relationship with theses books.
The book has an interesting set up and I liked that for a change of pace. I don't want to give away any spoilers but there is more to the story than what is in the first few pages. ...more

Amazingly beautiful!!! At first I didn't know what to expect starting this series but I absolutely loved it. These characters have gained a special place in my heart I love the passion and mystery behind Colton and Sophie, the way they are portrayed makes it easy to understand what they are feeling and leaves you breathless. This book was so darn yummy!! I loved Colton Drake from the moment i met him! He is strong, confident, sexy, dominating and a million others things I could go on and on and on about. I loved Sophie too. God was she adorable and so damn sweet to Colton I was just waiting at home for the wedding invitation to arrive. Then ...Stella happened. damn wicked witch. I cant wait to see what the rest of the series brings.
