" Commanded" part of the club sin series is a light BDSM romance that is a quick read. I have read a few of the books in this series now and have not been dissapointed
The series focuses on the dungeon masters from exclusive BDSM club " Club Sin" .

Well...sometimes waking up early and losing sleep is a good thing.

Another great Club Sin book. We've met Sawyer and Chloe before and saw some sparks then, but now we get to see fireworks. Chloe was so sweetly innocent in all things BDSM, even more so than Ella was in Desired. Sawyer was seriously sexy and so sweet, not only with his sister but also with Chloe. (view spoiler) ...more

I was so excited for this book, but sadly, it's felt like the weakest link the series for me. I enjoyed it, but the pacing felt off and it ended before I really felt like the story arc was complete. However, that doesn't stop me from the loving the characters and the setting and dynamics I've fallen in love with time and time again.

Before long, I was 65% of the way into the book and nothing really seemed resolved. This left the end of the book feeling rushed, and even when I turned the last page ...more

Chloe feels like there's something missing in her life. She's been in a long-term relationship with her boyfriend, but recognizes that she needs more. So when he hires her to find his sister's boyfriend, she fears her days are numbered because he is everything she wants and more.

I loved Sawyer. He was protective and sexy as hell. As the story moved on and I got to see him interacting with Chloe I came to see a different side of him. He was sure of his attraction to Chloe yet conflicted about pursuing her. His struggle to give up the lifestyle for a relationship with her revealed he loved deeply and unconditionally. he achieved a lot of growth which only led me to admire him further.

But I can't help but feel like the process was rushed through on the page. I understood his way of thinking and why he decided to make the decision, but I didn't see much to justify his actions. If I'm being honest, I just could not see him with Chloe.

Now don't get me wrong Chloe was an okay character, she just didn't inspire much in me. For whatever reason I could not connect to her which didn't help her case when it came to imagining her and Sawyer together. Did they have chemistry? Hell yes, they did! But for me to fully accept Sawyer's decision to leave the lifestyle, I needed to see more of the connection between them. Although the connection was there, for me it wasn't substantial. What made it to the page wasn't enough to convince me that their relationship went beyond the physical. Thankfully, the conflict kept me intrigued enough to finish the story even if the romance was a no-go for me.

Although I might have not enjoyed this story as much as I have the others, I still believe it is a great addition to the series. I just love my Club Sin Masters too much to let them go without a fight. ;-)

Commanded, the sixth installment of Stacey Kennedy's Club Sin series, is an enjoyable read. Like the other books, this story centers around one of the club members finding love. This time, the story focuses on Sawyer and Chloe; regular readers of the series may remember that Chloe works as a private investigator for another Club Sin master, Parker.

Sawyer and Chloe are brought together to help find his sister’s boyfriend that attacked her, what neither counted on was they physical attraction they had for each other. Sawyer is a Dom by night and knows that Chloe isn’t into that scene. Can he give up the dominance he craves or will she give in and submit to him? Great read! The chemistry between Sawyer and Chloe is hot! The story is fast paced with plenty of suspense and drama and the characters are excellent.
