There is something about this tuff MC group that pulls on my heart strings. It could be how much they love each other or maybe it is their loyalty to each other and to their woman and families. I also think it is because they are smart Ina a way that always surprises me. They have good intuition and know how to trust it.

I've read all of Joanna Wylde's Reapers books so far, and I have to say this is my least favourite of the series. This book tells the story of Painter and Melanie - detailing how they met and kept in touch while Painter was in prison, and what happens when he gets out.

Although I don't have anything against the main characters in this story, I just didn't feel myself buying their relationship as much as I have the others in this series. Perhaps it's because the timeline jumped around a little, or ...more
