What Members Thought
This is a good snuggle up romance with a slow burn and and tons of great flirting.
Jethro is a grand hero with charm and hard work at redeeming himself.
The heroine is compelling as well and their interaction are great. You will smile.
The Winston Brothers are wonderful.
Now, the not as great parts. At first the references to the heroine's ethnic background felt non integrated and race wasn't really dealt with in what is a pretty white town.

I don't know. I had some trouble with this one. I kept reading it, but it took me awhile. I wasn't that entertained, and I kept putting it down. The characters were interesting, but I kept waiting for things to happen and it just took forever. I did enjoy the Winston family, though. They are so likable with their different quirks and humor. Jethro & Sienna ❤️
I loved the 2nd book in the Winston brothers series which focuses on handsome and charming Jethro Winston. He meets Sienna, a movie star, who doesn’t have the typical Hollywood figure and has a personality to match. There were so many laugh out loud moments and sweet tender ones. “Savor my papaya” had me literally howling. So clever and hilarious. The narrators were perfect for the characters.

I liked it. I must say it was a smoother and had a faster pacing then the first Winston Brothers. I will be picking up the next in the series.
I did a quick check on some of the other reviews. I can see why a few didn't have raving reviews. I have to say I agree with the fact that... wow, for a character that was supposedly a best friend, no follow through on their huge choice of moving away. I guess some would say it is for a purpose, but it felt flat and left a weirdness.

Grin and Beard It is a swoony, sweet, southern, sexually tense, funny, fall right into it head over heels romance that you don't want to end. Sienna is a funny (as are all of Reid's heroines) refreshing heroine and Jethro's a hero who is self possessed and mature, with just enough of the reformed bad boy to be sexy, but more of the Southern gentleman who goes after what he wants to make you SWOONY.
