I LOVED, LOVED this book! It’s one of my favorites of 2016!!! But, what woman doesn’t love a good fairy tale with a handsome Prince Charming who rides in and saves the woman he loves! That’s exactly what Max Fournier is….a sexy Prince Charming! He’s surrounded by puck bunnies, but he’s always been a fan of commitment and monogamy. He’s looking for a sweet, normal girl, and he thinks he’s found that in Julianne, Jules, Bradley. He meets her one night in a convenience store, saving her ~5 ++ Stars~

I LOVED, LOVED this book! It’s one of my favorites of 2016!!! But, what woman doesn’t love a good fairy tale with a handsome Prince Charming who rides in and saves the woman he loves! That’s exactly what Max Fournier is….a sexy Prince Charming! He’s surrounded by puck bunnies, but he’s always been a fan of commitment and monogamy. He’s looking for a sweet, normal girl, and he thinks he’s found that in Julianne, Jules, Bradley. He meets her one night in a convenience store, saving her from a possible dangerous situation involving two customers. He is completely enamored by her, and she feels the same. Too bad she has too much on her plate. She’s balancing two jobs and trying to raise her late sister’s children. Max won’t let that deter him from winning her heart. Will she let him save her and give her the HEA she deserves?

Max and Jules have to be two of the most likeable characters I can remember. I found myself drawn to both of them. I was on the sidelines cheering them on! Yes, Jules has an incredible load on her shoulders, caring for her two nephews and her niece. She does it with such love and patience. She’s completely overwhelmed with responsibility, but she never lets it overcome her. She only had two faults, her stubbornness and her insecurity when it came to Max. She had a hard time accepting his love for her. She doesn’t see what Max sees in her, but she’s trying. She doesn’t think she will ever fit into her world, and she has to realize she must accept him for the celebrity he is just like he’s accepted her and the kids with an open heart and mind. And Max, be still my heart. He is as close to perfect as a man can get. The man is incredible to look at with his perfect face and body, but that isn’t Max’s best quality…it’s his heart. He admits he is a romantic at heart and likes commitment and monogamy. What women wouldn’t fall in love with him for just those reasons alone? Max is a man who not only gives his heart to the people he loves, but he gives them his soul. He wasn’t a womanizer, and he wasn’t afraid to tell Jules how very much he loved her. He just melted my heart! Max is one of my top book boyfriends!

As with all the Carolina Fury novels, there is A LOT of steam, but there is also A LOT of romance…toe curling sex and romance. It doesn’t get much better than that. The first kiss between Max and Jules has to be one of the sexiest kisses EVER! This series is one that I will drop other books I’m reading when the newest one releases. If you haven’t met the Cold Fury men and the women they love, you need to do that NOW!!!! It’s the best kind of romance…one with HEART!!!

Max was the perfect hero, and is now my fav of this series.

Max is a romantic at heart. He has outgrown sleeping around, and is looking for a relationship with substance.

One he meets Julianne with kids and all, he wants to get to know her better. How many men do you know that would take on a woman with three kids, no matter the circumstances.

I loved this installment in one of my favorite series. Max was a great character and all around good guy. Jules was a super match for him! She was such a wonderful woman, taking on her deceased sister's three children even though it was incredibly difficult for her to support them financially. I really enjoyed the tender romance that developed between these two.
