Colleen Hoover's "Verity" is very different from her previous work. This romantic, psychological thriller has an incredibly compelling beginning and remains that way throughout.
Highly disturbing, suspenseful and very sexual this novel is full of intriguing twists and turns.
What A Crazy Ride!

After reading and loving many of Colleen Hoover's New Adult Romance novels I am seriously wondering how she could create such a disturbing character as "Verity".

Speechless. I sucked the soul out of every sentence of this book and still I’m not sure what to believe. Five bucks says not even CH knows which truth Verity was manipulating, and those books, when not even the author knows what magic they’ve created, those are my most favorite.

Wow!!! I literally couldn't stop reading this once I had started. It interrupted my sleep as I could NOT stop reading! Colleen Hoover is a mastermind, and I am such a big fan. I will be reading everything that I can get my hands on from her.
The intensity of this book kept you on edge the whole time. If you don't have about 5 hours of spare time, do NOT start reading this, because you will let everything else fall to the wayside until you have finished. ...more

I couldn’t put this book down. The suspense was killing me. I stayed up til 1AM constantly saying “just one more chapter”. Then I woke up at 4AM and read a few more because I needed to know what happened next!
I need Colleen Hoover to do more of these suspense novels- she has an absolute gift with the way her words flow so effortlessly. Hands down one of my top 3 favorite books.

I’ve only enjoyed one book by this author so far. This is not the one. Lol this was twisted and disjointed. I never got a feel of any of the characters or the scene.
I love to read because it’s like a movie in my head. The video was out on this one. Lol
The ending honestly just grossed me out more.
Time to face it. I’m just not a fan of this author and that’s okay.
