Alright, I'll admit... I did a lot of skimming with this one. It was a little repetitive (especially Lilah's parts). I started getting into it around 50% in. Ky wasn't what I had expected, but I eventually warmed up to him. And I really just... didn't want to read anything about Brother Cain honestly. At all. Like... I think I read three or four sentences on each page of his chapters.

I am loving the Hades Hangmen series, this was Ky's story and his love interest Lilah was the total opposite to him in personality. This book has a lot more of the religious beliefs from the cult Lilah and her sisters were in, it took Lilah a long time to see that things were not how they should be in her teachings from them.
Lots of sad moments as you go back into Lilah's past and how the men in her life treated her.
As with the first book it had a good ending. I'm looking forward to reading Fla ...more
