June SLIH book of the month, which is the only reason I picked it up, but nope - not for me. The writing is awful, starts with an infodump and is all tell and no show, and the characters are horrid. I could only get a few chapters in before I called it quits. And the dude on the cover is far too innocent looking to be Cain.
