I am not sure words can possibly wrap up my words of love for this book. What starts as an intriguing ride explodes into a non-stop litany of action with a heaping does of romance. I loved every moment of it.

High fantasy at its finest, Jennifer Armentrout spins a truly original tale unlike anything I've ever read. The world is rich and new, and I cannot wait to see where the next story takes us.

I finally read this book after swearing that I was going to read it this year for sure! And, it didn’t disappoint! Of course like any other fantasy book it takes awhile to get through the world-building and into the main heart of the story. I won’t re-hash the synopsis since so many readers have already done that, but I will say I was intrigued and will dive into the next installment early next year.
