I’m opening up with this…
He threw her against the wall… yes I said this correctly THREW HER AGAINST THE WALL. I’m not using spoiler tags because everyone needs to know the H (West) did this to her (Clara)… AND blamed her for getting in his way. Did he apologize later… kinda but still somehow made it about her and that it’s who he is and the MC way of life. Dude… you did NOT just say that.

I enjoyed this book overall, but there is one part that stopped me in my tracks. I'll get to that in a minute.

Clara has been through hell, and is paying the price for loving the wrong man. She didn't know he was the wrong man until all his sins came to light, and now her life is f*cked due to his dirty deeds. So, now she is in survival mode, doing whatever she needs to do to make ends meet.

This leads her to the Aces High MC and West "Buck" Hardy, the president of the club.

2025 relisten: It's been awhile. Run to revisit and KA's brand of crazysauce is always fun.

Great new series I had to pace my self bc I was so addicted. I loved the nod to the Choas MC books. I just live the intricacy she uses when tell and weaving a story. All the overlapping storylines and reveals . Plus the amazing hot romance. Dynamic characters can’t wait for more
