If I have a guilty pleasure it is alien abuction erotica. I don't really feel guilty per se but my own love of it makes me laugh at myself. Because I do love it so.
I like it silly. I like it serious. I like it all. Can't wait for Science Fiction Romance to make a major surge in the market.
This book is both serious and silly. I really enjoyed it. The hero is sweet and reasonalble the heroine is resourceful and resonable. Good stuff. The erotic bits are hot and the worldbuidling complete in t ...more

The story itself was okay, because it had me laughing quite a bit. The problem for me is that I'm so used to humaniod aliens that I couldn't find anything attractive (appearance wise) about Valtek.
That is only superficial I know, because he was exactly what I like in a hero in all other ways.
Not sure what Georgie's life was like on Earth, but she took to leading the ladies like a pro. Always glad to see a strong hero get a lady (in name only because she can cuss like a sailor) who is just as s ...more

Soooo this has been on my list for over a year… and thank god it was chosen for our monthly book read in Shh...Smut, Heroes and HEA’s as it would have sat on my list a bit longer. Who would have thought I’d love an Alien romance…. But yea… I did. Very entertaining. I just went in without any expectations and had a blast with this hot steamy listen. Moving onto book 2!

I think consent is rather important. This was distressing with little actual development. It’s as if someone pulled a novella from literotica and published it.
“It wasn’t a monster come to eat me. It was this monster. Who’s come to eat me out.”
So, I revised my rating because the consent is not as dubious as I read it and it's not as bad as I remembered. Kinda sexy-ish ...more
