Deep book on Kanban focusing practices and pricinciple about a set of values cleverly built. Contains practical recomendations for starting with teams in part III, explalining STATIK, Systems Thinking Approach to Introducing Kanban.
The part II, Models, contains helpful introductions to topics like Agile, TPS, Lean, TOC or Complexity, but sometimes in a too superficial way.
