What Members Thought
I wanted to like this book, I really did, but I really couldn't. The first half of the book was just grounded in a world that most of us don't live in - but written like it was. It felt almost sci-fi in its treatment of robots as everyday companions - something very few of us still have experience with. The second half of the book was better, with nuggets of interesting information or experiences, but it was still just so dry and at points outdated (do people still even do Second Life?) that I h

Reading the good reviews really made me want to continue reading the book but I couldn't. It was too redundant and I couldn't quite follow the flow of the book from one chapter to the next.
