This was a re-read since I hadn't read this book in almost four years. I read the infernal devices last year and loved it with all my heart but TMI series I had a lot of problems with it the first time around so I wanted to re-read them and even though city of bones wasn't perfect I think I enjoyed it more the second time around. I'm nervous to read city of ashes because that was when I stated having problems with the series bit hopefully my opinions have changed since the last time I read COA.

This book was excellent and I highly recommend it to readers who love science-fiction, suspense, romance or youn adult books. Cassandra Claire's style of writing is a breath of fresh air. I've read loads of romance novels but this book gives a whole new meaning to love.

This book is amazing. The beginning of the book was just like any other starting with just two ordinary people in a club but then later on in the book the main character clary finds out that she is a shadow hunter. This book has lots of mystery and you ask yourself questions through this book and at the end all of it comes together and all of the question you ask yourself comes explained. This is a great read by anyone and I can not wait to read the next books.
A very good book.
