As refreshing as your favorite beer on a hot day, "The Lager Queen of Minnesota" is a damn delight.

This was not a change your life book, or one that was just sooooo goood but I loved it. I loved the midwestern-ness about it, made me miss home. I also loved that this book was about women brewing beer. The beer world is a mans world and this was just an awesome representation of women having a passion to brew beer. Loved it!!

What an amazing book! I learned so much about making beer and I didn't even know I was interested in that! But it is about so much more than that! I loved the strong women, and particularly the strong older women!
