WOW WOW WOW!!!! Do yourself a favor and grab this book right away if you have not already!!! This book was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Hilarious, thoughtful, and just the right amount of moments that made me roll my eyes in exasperation while internally shouting "Why would you do that?!" but still knowing that it made sense for that character. I could not recommend this enough. ...more

This might be the only time I have temporarily rooted for the potential killer to get away with it. Finlay finds herself in an unfamiliar world and it does amazing things for her writing career. A simple misunderstanding sends Fin into a world of assignation, cover ups, and the mob. Oh, and did I mention she’s also trying to balance being a good mother along with her writing career.
