As far as self-help books go, this one is really good. It did a great job of not just defining the problem, but suggesting actionable steps to make improvements. As I was reading the book, I already started implementing some of the strategies the author recommended. While some of the suggestions seem commonsense, sometimes you just need someone to be like "do it, do it. No, this workaround you've created isn't going to cut it. I normally don't love self help books, but this one kept my interest. I liked the anecdotal stories and the concrete suggestions. This book frequently stated the obvious, but sometimes that is what needs to happen for me to notice the obvious.
