This is one of those books that subtly changes your way of thinking, for the whole time that you’re reading it, and (I hope, we’ll see) for some time after. The change is small — just encouraging attention, and slowing down, and having faith and taking delight in people, but noticeable and wonderful.

I absolutely loved this book. The short essayettes always made me smile, even when contemplating difficult subjects, and gave me insight into one person's view of the world. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed some of the essays more than others; overall not a favorite.
A reminder that every day holds the potential for joy and delight when we make the effort to see it.
