A fairy quick read. I made the fatal error of watching the movie first, but the book seemed to follow the plot quite closely so it wasn't an entirely different experience. I liked the details the book included that the movie left out, such as describing various elements of his life using "Joe." I also liked how the book emphasized the kiss on the hand as being a unifying possessive feature the members of fight club shared. Overall, it was a pretty good book.

Didn't really like the movie and didn't really like the book. Luckily it's a short story so was a fast read.
The most facisnating part for me was the Narrator and Tyler Durden relationship, the book portrayed it better I thought. I do find it a little funny and maybe a little sad that people don't understand that the book is satire. ...more

This is a dangerous book for young men to read. Not sure anyone not in that category can really appreciate it. I surely don't think I can now like I did then.
