I loooooooooooooove Dylan Hart! Smartass extraordinaire!!! I haven't laughed out loud while reading in a long time. This book had alot of one liners that just crack you up! So great.

I am always looking for new books to read and was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across the lovely RM Gilmore and her Dylan Hart series. At first I wasn't really that excited because alot of the vampire books out there are the same, Girl meets vampire, Vampire saves the little human, Human falls for the vampire, angsty emo drama ensues. What a wonderful twist on the vampire story! I had to stay up late to find out what happened, and Gilmore threw in twists I was NOT expecting. I love that I'm still wondering what's real and what's not, even though it's kind of driving me crazy at the same time. This was a wonderful start to a series and I'm looking forward to more.

I love having a character I can relate to. Dylan Hart is the type of person I would actually invite into my home. There is a lot of humor running through the story and after reading it a second time I picked up on more. I love a good mystery and RM Gilmore kept me guessing "Who Done it?" right up to the end. I give this book 4.5 stars! This was a new and exciting look into the world of the vampire phenomenon! Lol you have a main character Dylan who is sassy as hell, doesn't take crap from anyone. She just keeps you entertained all throughout the story! Her best friend Tatum is pretty much just like her two peas in one screwed up pod! Lmao! It's a mystery unlike any I've read, you have your comedy, lust, love, freaky Friday events, and a lot more with this story! I would highly recommend this book Rm

Good story. Really liked the characters especially Dylan. She is sassy as Hell and likes to tell people what she's thinking. The plot was interesting but I felt like it took until almost the end of the book before it really went anywhere and I was still left with a lot of questions. But I did enjoy it enough that I want to pick up the next one to find out what happens. So in my opinion it's worth a read. ...more

I love this book!! Dylan Hart is my new book bff. I love her smart mouth and her personality. The book is funny, with a bit of mystery also. Already started on book 2 :)
