4.5 Stars, rounded up to 5
Boy was this an emotional read. Anyone that's lost someone to cancer, or gone through someone having cancer, this book is really relatable, but be emotionally ready before picking this one up.
The characters were the highlight for me, especially the best friend. She really went above and beyond.
I think I saw someone talking about it being repetitive, and I agree. It's the reason I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5. Other than that though, it was a great read, albeit an emoti ...more

Painfully relatable … beautifully written.
It’s difficult to give adequate justice to this book without giving any spoilers. Reasonable Lies is a beautifully written and emotional story about how the life of a woman, and the lives of her family and friends, can suddenly be derailed after a health scare. The situation is so relatable, and indeed many of us may go through, or witness, something similar during our own lives. I challenge anyone not to be deeply touched by this story.

T.A. Rosewood creates powerful moments and memories that sweep you up with very real emotions.
The abundance of love felt for all those occupying your heart in such a huge way motivates an overwhelming desire to protect. A strong desire often leading to toying with the truth for what are believed to be Reasonable Lies.
Completing the circle of closeness with family and a comical, exuberant childhood best friend, is an unexpected new supportive friend met in the most unlikeliest of places. But the ...more

I thought that I would be reading “Reasonable Lies” by T. A. Rosewood slowly over the weekend but I could not put this book down today. I was so emotionally vested in the main character Jane that I needed to know all the details of her life and those that she held near and dear to her heart.
Ms. Rosewood beautifully describes all the characters emotions and in doing so has the reader immersed in each characters life. This book was written with such passion that even as I write this I have tears r ...more

I read this as a book-of-the-month and was pleasantly surprised. I think the mystical twist enhanced the plot. Jane and the other characters were believable and written with vivid descriptions. I found the timing of events a bit out of whack and there was too much repetition. The ending was well done, and I shed a few tears. Overall, it was an enjoyable read.

Omg I loved this book I did start it a while back but life got in the way so restarted it at the weekend and finished it today (Tuesday). It was such an amazing read and I felt a connection with all the characters.
Such a good book for the authors debut and I can not wait for her second and many more books.
