This is a book consist entirely of dialogues between a Philosopher and a Youth and to be honest, I think this is what I wanted from my therapy sessions lol

Yoongi? I think this may have been my favourite recommendation from you yet, and I do not even fully comprehend how much of the parts that I don't fully believe in. i read this book slowly so i could get most out of it, although i believe there are a lot of wisdoms shared with us, it was (again) a random selfhelp book that makes a it look like life is “easy” as long as you adjust yourself.

adjusting yourself is easily said than done, so i believe we need to take this with a pinch of salt and see what we can take in order for us to become better people.
