4.5 stars. I really enjoyed this book. The entire book was well written and hard to put down.
A flu pandemic wipes out most of the world. The book follows several survivors as they make their way in this new world, with flash backs to their lives before the flu.
This book was both beautiful and sad. A good reminder to not take what we have for granted, and that there is always hope in the world.

The book went back and forth, pre-flu disaster to flu disaster and after. Plot plausible and disturbing. Got into the characters as the book progressed, but the Station Eleven part was a bit mysterious to me. I guess need to think about it some more.
