Look, this book started off Firing on All Cylinders! I was already laughing from the very first chapter. I could totally relate to these southern characters and their way of life. I was also raised in the south. They kind of all had me at Hello! Lol! Plus, adding a Vampire in the mix was like putting Whipped Cream on your favorite dessert! It Don’t Get Better Than That. I couldn't relate to characters and I hated how husbands treated their wives. I think my problem with this book was that this was concentrating on housewives' every day problems and fights and not on vampires. This wasn't a horror story for my taste.
