The data is sound, and the points made are worthy of contemplation. The main takeaway - the internet isn't innately bad, but the lack of monitors is. Keep those kids involved in REAL LIFE activities, and limit WHAT they're using on screens - Insta/FB/FortNight are the major app offenders... along with sites that turn into rabbit holes for porn. Keeping an eye on their usage from the gate is very key.
