Incredible but true story told in a gripping manner.
Amazing woman and surprising (and not surprising) that I had never heard of her before.
Frustrating to see how many men were obstacles in her career but encouraging that she had a few who championed her. And almost unbelievable to read of all she accomplished in WWII. Also, a bit amazing that the Nazis didn't win with all of their organization and brutality. Affirming to read of brave individuals (nuns, prostitutes, old women as well as men) who ...more
